Ministry of Civil Aviation Issues Guideline for Drones
Ministry of Civil Aviation issues the guidelines for drones and its compounds. Government has approved a scheme with an estimate expenditure of 120Cr during year 2022-23 to 2024-25

As per the guideline, Indian MSMEs and startups involved in Manufactuing of Drons with an annule sales turnover of 2 Crore are eligible for this. For Non-MSMEs the annule sales turnover should be 4 Crore to become eligible for this PLIs
Firms Involves in Software Devlopment of Drones are also eligible for this PLIs, but this is subject to norms
PMA (Project Management Agency) appointed by MoCa will looks into the application and that is managed by Cabinet Secretariat
